Asthma day ..

today .. i just feeling better from asthma ..
hmm .. i feel weak since i just back from Shanghai ..
due to the weather ; summer in Shanghai ..
and always stay in air-corn room ..
maybe this cause my body in weak condition and get asthma ..

sad ..
yesterday i never feel so weak and suffer from asthma ..
whole night can't sleep ..
even try my traditional way also can't help ..

early in the morning ,
i just rush to see doctor for medic ..
but i still feel suffer with asthma ..
so i have to get back to clinic at this morning ..
for second consultation ..

and now , i just feel free to breath !
so everyone must take care ya ..
don't like me .. always get sick ><
